DESIGN & CUSTOMER DESIGNS

Our design knowledge and expertise at picking out future trends in the market, allows us to create and supply designs in-line with the market trends and to develop our own ranges of fabrics that rival those of any around the world. We are also happy to work with customers own fabric designs and are able to respond quickly to individual design briefs from sampling & colour matching to final production.

CAPACITY

We currently manufacture over 1,000,000 meters of fabric each month and our capacity continues to grow as our customer base grows. Our modern manufacturing capabilities also allow us to meet large or special requirements orders on demand and on time.

PRODUCTION

We stock a wide range of yarns on site to ensure quick delivery for our customers – especially important when working to short lead times as dictated by the Retail markets of today. As part of our quality process, all Yarn is routinely tested for continuity of colour & shade. Dyeing & Finishing is also performed in house for optimum efficiency.
